Cinnamon and Blood Sugar
To help control your blood sugar, look no further than your kitchen spice cabinet. In a Swedish study, healthy volunteers who ate rice pudding spiced with cinnamon did not develop the same spike in blood sugar as those who ate plain rice pudding.
